I have been teaching English as a Foreign Language in the Northwest of Spain for nearly 10 years and 3 years ago I opened my own English academy. It was then that I realised new EFL/ESL teachers didn´t get the support they needed and wanted to start changing that.Teaching Style:I always make my classes dynamic, interactive and engaging for all levels and ages even C1 adults. I try to stay away textbooks and worksheets as much as possible because there are so many other fun ways to learn English.

If you have just got your TEFL or CELTA certificate and are facing your first year of teaching but you are still wondering how to teach English then this book is for you. It gives key steps to do at the beginning of the year and more steps to implement later. If you work through the steps in this book, you will be more prepared for your first year of teaching and be more organised so you can create a better work/life balance.
